Media Manager
Administrative interface for managing content, users, and workflows.
Media Manager is a secure, configurable administrative interface for you to manage content, metadata, users, and workflows across all Cadmore applications. It supports media ingestion and enrichment, access control, analytics, and integration with third-party systems. In addition to content, it enables the management of products, subscriptions, and customer accounts.
Designed to align with complex internal processes, it adapts to organizational structure and roles. Secure, expiring links can also be generated to allow external users to view or edit specific records, such as transcripts. All functionality is also accessible via APIs, supporting integration with existing infrastructure.
Live Player
A player to run live and as-live events.
A specialized player for live or as-live events, supporting rich attendee engagement through moderated chat, Q&A, and polls. Live Player is embedded on your own site and transitions dynamically between pre-event, live, and post-event stages.

Access Manager: Restricted administrative interface for institutional clients.
Access Manager is a restricted administrative interface that gives third parties—such as your institutional clients, partners, or sponsors—secure, limited access to selected records from Media Manager. Drawing from the same core data, it supports scenarios like library portals for COUNTER reports and MARC records, content access for licensing clients, and analytics dashboards for webinar sponsors. Views and permissions are configured to suit each use case.
