When you submit the Contact Us form on our website, we collect your name and email address. Cadmore uses this to correspond with you about your questions or comments.

When you subscribe to our monthly newsletter, we collect your email address. Cadmore uses this to deliver our newsletter to your inbox.

You can manage your profile, restrict your profile visibility by others, and restrict your notification preferences. Our email communications contain an unsubscribe option in case you would like to discontinue the communication at any time.

How long we keep your information

Personal information collected by Cadmore Media will be maintained for a period of time: (1) as determined by the client/data controller, or (2) as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Data is processed on several third-party systems, including 3Play Media and Travod International for transcriptions, Azure (primarily E&W coast US) for data centre services and Altospam for email filtering and antivirus.

Cadmore Media utilizes industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under its control. Many areas of the Cadmore Media’s websites require the use of a user ID and password to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
